Control Surveys

Monteith & Sutherland Limited provides horizontal and vertical control networks of varying degrees of accuracy tailored to meet the needs of our clients. We have several precise surveying instruments, including first order robotic total stations, precision digital levels and only the highest quality geodetic GPS receivers. Least squares adjustment and analysis is routinely performed on the data to ensure the quality of the results.

Monteith & Sutherland Limited has been using precise Global Positioning System (GPS) techniques since 1992 and currently own several Leica real time surveying systems. Precise GPS measurements, combined with conventional measurements, allow us to extend our control networks over large areas while maintaining a high level of positional accuracy.
